August Construction Update	August 19th, 2008
	Schedule a private, hard hat tour! See the views and choose your unit today. We’re installing flooring in the first and second story units and cabinets are now going in. The exterior stonework continues smoothly and the first-floor model’s September Grand Opening is scheduled for September (details to follow) and will be furnished by the exquisite designers at LOFT-- specializing in quality, eco-conscious furniture.

	July Construction Update	July 17th, 2008
	The model is underway and expected to open in August with building completion in October 2008. Installing the exterior façade is the major project for June. All floors are poured and will be available for tours in just a few weeks, so email us to schedule an appointment. Ask to see upgraded materials samples after the tour.

	All residential levels and the roof are poured. Framing has been underway for over a month and is continuing. Windows have been going in, and over half of them have been installed in the building. The Exterior skin will begin within a week.
