The model is underway and expected to open in August with building completion in October 2008. Installing the exterior façade is the major project for June. All floors are poured and will be available for tours in just a few weeks, so email us to schedule an appointment. Ask to see upgraded materials samples after the tour. |

All residential levels and the roof are poured. Framing has been underway for over a month and is continuing. Windows have been going in, and over half of them have been installed in the building. The Exterior skin will begin within a week. |
