We’re marching quickly to an April move-in ready status for all units! Final punch lists are underway while the fourth floor (the last under construction) is nearing completion. The courtyard will shine as we finish up the water feature and landscaping and then we’ll begin exterior landscaping. Note: the model will be moving to Unit 102 by April, so schedule a tour now! |

There is so much to report this month as we see the final construction phase wrapping up! Floors one through four show finished units with remaining punchlists in progress and floor five is quickly shaping up. We now have 24 unique floorplans, one of which will suit your needs! The courtyard’s unique water feature is taking shape while crews work on the exterior landscaping. Utilities are being installed and the city has finally finished work on MLK Boulevard, so traffic now runs east and west without restriction.
